What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday?

Thank Goodness it's Wednesday.  I want to go snooping and see artists workdesks from around the world.  You can join me at Julia Dunnit's super cool blog Stamping Ground.

Here is my desk tonight.  First the long shot, I like seeing my light box;).

Here are the two tiny trees in the light box.  I love the new dark green one.

Here is a close up of my desk.  I have been brainstorming about what I can put together with the lace glass gems I made.  I made the two small dark red ones into magnets.  I think I will make a few of them into pendants.

Thanks for stopping by.

Have the best Wednesday of all time.

  4. You have a great set-up for working your magic! The lace glass beads are beautiful. I took a class in fusion awhile back, bought the mircrowave kiln and a microwave to use specifically for it. They are sitting in the garage, never used again. I can't find supplies for a beginner. If you have any advice for a novice, it would be much appreciated!!

    1. I hope you are not disappointed Terri, but I actually found an adhesive that coats the lace and dries hard and clear like glass. The effect magnifies the lace and lets you see through it. If you are interested I can e-mail you the name of the adhesive and give you a few steps. The process just takes a little focus and patience. Thank you for stopping by and for your kind words.

    1. Thanks, for the lace ones I use a special adhesive that coats the lace and dries hard and clear like glass. The effect is cool because you can see through them and the lace is kind or magnified.

  13. Loving the trees. The lace pebbles are interesting. How will you make a bail for the pendants and attach it?

    Happy Crafting
