Profile-Isabel Sophia

I asked Isabel to help with this post and she sent me an email.  She is thirteen and goes in and out of a teen funk, which I think is pretty funny.  Let's enjoy her teen angst.

Ladies and Gentlemen, please give a warm welcome to:  Isabel Sophia

Favorite Colors: black purple red blue
Least Favorite Colors: yellow pink

Hobbies: Netflix, computer, DSI drawing, sleeping

Favorite Classes: Social Studies, lunch, Choir

Policies: It doesn't matter what color religion gender or sexuality you are if you're cool, you're cool bro.

Thoughts on school: I like it I guess. Don't like uniforms and I don't have enough classes with my friends but I think I can survive it until next year.

Favorite Quotes:
"Cool story bro but it needs more ponies." -- unknown
"Watch it, or I'll take your soul." --Soul Eater
 "That's nice..." --brother

When my family was here to visit, each adult asked Isabel what she wants to be when she grows up.  Isabel said she wants to be a Comedian.  She loves watching the stand up comedy on Netflix.  We'll see, maybe she will change her mind or maybe she will have her own comedy tour around the world.  I am going to do my part and love her for who she is right now.

Let's take a look at her six bracelets, they are funny.  I am going to list what they say from top to bottom and left to right.

Left Arm:
1  Adorkable    This is a play on adorable.
2  Free Punches in the Face
3  Rock Star

Right Arm:
1  Blood on the Dance Floor (a band I think)
2  Swagg Does Not Cure Ugly
3  Gir    He is a green cartoon character.

Isabel is a contradiction.  From Adorkable to Face Punching to a cartoon character, who is this girl?

This is posted on her door.  She has an astronaut, a photo of her camping buddies and a page that has I love you written in a bunch of different languages.  There is also a sticker that says she forgot her ID and the logo for her favorite Lindor Milk Chocolate Truffles.

Isabel also has beautiful and long mermaid hair, she was tired and busy yesterday evening and didn't want to brush it for me.  She dyed it red, but I made her use the non permanent hair color that washes out after a few weeks.

Isabel has a great chin and very expressive blue green eyes.  I think she looks a bit like a young brunette Drew Barrymore.

So there you have it, my complex and lovely daughter.  I am honored to be her mother and although I poke fun, I appreciate the quirks that make Isabel one of a kind.  I only hope she has a daughter as interesting.

Tomorrow is Workdesk Wednesday.  Come by and take a look at what's on my desk.

I hope this short week is a good one for you.
